Information

Using the stove

- It is FORBIDDEN to light the stove before the minimum amount of water is filled in the tub, as this can cause the stove to overheat and deform!
- Before lighting the stove, always fill the tub with water at least 5 cm above the upper water connection pipe to the stove. Once you are sure of the required water level in the tub, start lighting the stove.
- For tubs equipped with a massage system, the maximum allowable water amount is 5 cm from the top edge of the tub when the maximum number of people is inside. Note that excess water will flow over the edges and may cause flooding of the massage pump and/or electrical connections.
- Use dry firewood as fuel! Do not heat the tub with coal, briquettes, or anything else that seems combustible at the time.
- Periodically, as needed, check the condition of the chimney and clean it. Also, empty the ash box in the stove.
- ATTENTION! Do not empty the tub of water until the stove is completely extinguished. If there is still even a small flame in the stove, leave the water.

Hot tub maintenance

- After using cleaning agents, rinse the tub with plenty of water.
- When using chemical cleaning agents, follow all manufacturer instructions. When using chemicals, the water pH level must always be monitored and kept within the following range: 7.0-7.6 pH.

Using chlorine

Although chlorine is an effective disinfectant, it is recommended to avoid its use. Consult a pool chemical specialist to find the best alternative to chlorine.

Using the hot tub in winter

- When the temperature is below 0 degrees, after using the hot tub, always drain the water from the tub - open the drain valve for the stove and water outlet, make sure there is no water left in the tub or stove!
- For tubs equipped with a massage system, immediately after draining the water from the tub, turn on the massage system for 10-15 seconds to blow out any possible condensation and water from the pump, pipes, and distributors, preventing the system from freezing.

Hydro and air massage

- If you want a more soothing, gentler feeling in the tub, choose hydro jets. They are best suited for people who find air jets too loud, painful, or want to enjoy more relaxing rest.
- If you want a stronger massage, then choose air nozzles.  Air escapes from the jets at high pressure, massaging pain when they are properly positioned against the body.

Safe hot tub electrical connection

- Connect the electrical cable with grounding, with a power of at least 2.5 kW.

- If not installed, it is necessary to install a residual current device (RCD) in the electrical network, which measures current leakage. This will provide additional safety compared to a standard automatic switch. After use, disconnect the electricity.

- Install the RCD (residual current device) at the place where the electricity is taken from, thus the cable to the tub and all connections under the tub will be protected. Do not install the RCD at or under the tub.

- Always before use, make sure the RCD (residual current device) is working.

- Before use, always make sure the cable to the tub is not damaged and everything is properly connected.
